We love pets, but for safety and efficiency, we ask that pets be secured during our cleaning sessions. Once pets are accustomed to our presence, they can freely roam, provided they do not hinder the cleaning process.

We do not clean irreplaceable or highly valuable items to avoid any risk of damage. During our initial walkthrough or consultation, we discuss any items that you prefer us not to handle.

Clients can book a cleaning today and have the cleaning done tomorrow.  We offer online booking so the can easily see when we are available but we also ask that you call because our cleaning schedule is changing constantly…If  you can’t book an online appotiment today this may change in a couple of hours or day etc..  Booking in advance is recommended to ensure the availability of our services specially on your desired day. 

Absolutely! We work closely with you to schedule services at your convenience. If your preferred time is unavailable, we will provide alternative options.

We take security seriously. Keys are managed by designated team members and are returned as per your instructions. Codes and keys are handled with utmost confidentiality.

Typically, a team of two professionals will handle your cleaning needs. Larger spaces or deep cleaning sessions might require additional team members.

Our staff undergoes rigorous training to meet our high standards, learning about various cleaning techniques and client service before they start working in the field.

Yes, customization is at the heart of our service. We offer both standard packages and a la carte options to fit your specific requirements.

YES, we do!!! We have free cleaning Tuesdays!  We understand the struggle and lack of confidence in the cleaning services field. We know this are present  issues due to so many companies out there claiming to be professional when in reality not at all, specially after covid.  Home cleaning is an easy business to get in to but a very hard one to succeed in and maintain.   We want to build client trust, This is why we offer Free cleaning Tuesdays! each Tuesday of the month has been cleared fro the schedule to literally focus on free cleanings….Which is not really a free cleaning but a service of gratitude and understand. We know clients have many options and we also know they have been let down so we want to make up for some of that. There are many great, Amazing cleaning services out there and it is our job to educate the client and earn their trust again.  So call and schedule you free cleaning!

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and possibly waive any cancellation fees.

While we aim to provide comprehensive cleaning services, there are a few tasks that we do not undertake. Below is a list of services that fall outside our scope: Clothes Washing: We don’t wash clothes, but we are happy to wash, dry, and fold bedding. Upholstery Washing: Deep washing of upholstery is not a service we provide, though we do vacuum upholstered furniture to remove dust and debris.

All Payment are done via a client portal, this link is sent to the client the minute the cleaning is booked,  which is where the client will be able to enter their card information or ACH information as well. We do not accept any other form of payment unless theirs a major reasonable reason.
